I joined Tubby FC because after the the pandemic my mental health took a huge dip and also I put on quite a bit of weight on (5 Stone). Ever since I joined I’ve never regretted my discussion, I’ve met some inspiring lads that gave me that extra push to my goals which helped me improve my mental health and shed the pounds.
